1. How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at care@colorsofearth.com. Once your return request is placed, it usually takes 2 business days to have the product picked up from your location.
2. How long does it take to get a refund?
After the product is picked up, it takes 1 working day to initiate the refund process. Once the refund is initiated, it will take 5-7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account. The receipt of the refund depends on the mode of payment chosen by you.
3. What should I do if I need to cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please send us an email at care@colorsofearth.com within 6 hours of placing the order. Our cancellation service is available from Monday to Saturday between 10 AM - 6 PM.
4. Can I return a product that is torn or in bad condition?
No, we do not accept returns if the product is torn or in bad condition. The product must be in resalable condition with intact tags and original packaging.
5. What happens if my order is lost or undelivered?
If your order is lost or undelivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount, including any shipping charges if paid online.
6. How are refunds processed for COD orders?
For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds against returns will be processed to your bank account. Please provide your bank account details when initiating the return request.
7. What are the conditions for exchanging a product?
The products requested for exchange should be in resalable condition. They should not be used, washed, or worn, and must be returned with intact tags and original packaging.
